A Basic Life Support (BLS) course teaches the essential skills needed to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies. It covers how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Participants learn to assess breathing, call for help, and provide effective chest compressions and rescue breaths. The course is designed for healthcare professionals and the general public, helping to increase confidence in managing cardiac arrests and other critical situations until advanced medical help arrives. Practical, hands-on training ensures skills are retained and can be applied when it matters most.

This one-day training course provides essential skills and knowledge to help individuals respond effectively to first aid emergencies in the workplace. The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certification is the minimum standard required for first aiders in low-risk work environmentt goes here

This one-day course is for people working with and caring for babies and children.

Over 1 extended day, learners will develop the knowledge and practical competencies needed to provide effective first aid for adults, children and infants. Topics include: CPR and AED use, choking, wounds and bleeding, unconscious casualty and more

This 2 day course has been specifically designed to meet the criteria set by the Department for Education’s EYFS Framework.
Over a 2 day period, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations, including: assessing an emergency situation, dealing with an unresponsive infant or child, CPR, choking, meningitis, head and spinal injuries, anaphylaxis, asthma and more

This qualification is based on the HSE training standard for delivery of First Aid at Work courses for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.
This course is designed for people who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide First Aid when dealing with emergency situations.
The FAW requalification course is 2 days in duration, compared to 3 days for the initial course.
This means that the syllabus is covered at a significantly faster pace in the understanding that learners are familiar with the topics.
The course will be delivered over two full days (six hours each day excluding breaks)
